REGA Participates in MIPIM in Cannes, France to Share Its Real Estate Regulation Experiences

The Real Estate General Authority (REGA) is participating in the MIPIM global real estate exhibition in Cannes, France, held from 12 to 15 March, to showcase Saudi Arabia's real estate legislation, including the Real Estate Brokerage Law and Real Estate Contributions Law, and programs such as Off-Plan Sale and Lease, Ejar, the Real Estate Unit Subdivision Program, Mullak, the Saudi Real Estate Institute, and the Real Estate Registry. REGA's Official Spokesperson, Taiseer Al-Mufarrej, said the participation reflects REGA's commitment to promoting the Saudi real estate sector and investment diversification under Saudi Vision 2030. This year's MIPIM includes more than 6,500 investors and over 300 global institutions and companies from more than 90 countries.
