REGA: Owners’ Associations Record 185% Growth in the First Half of 2025

The Real Estate General Authority (REGA) reported a 185% increase in renewed Owners' Association Certificates issued through its electronic portal in the first half of 2025 compared to the same period in 2024, with renewals exceeding 635. It also recorded 3,600 new Owners' Associations covering more than 9,000 registered real estate units, bringing accredited associations to 17,000, with over 16,000 new members joining to bring total registered portal members to more than 160,000. REGA added that 4,000 association presidents and over 1,000 property managers were registered, and that total transactions processed through the portal exceeded 74,000, covering services such as property registration, certificate issuance and renewal, and voting for association presidents and managers.
