REGA Conducts 31 Inspection Tours During February to Ensure Compliance in the Real Estate Market

REGA, in cooperation with the Ministry of Interior and the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, conducted 31 inspection tours during February, targeting 8,354 real estate establishments in the Riyadh, Eastern, and Makkah regions to check compliance with real estate legislation, particularly the Real Estate Brokerage Law, as well as Saudization and licensing requirements. REGA also received 680 reports through its channels and reviewed more than 8,067 real estate advertisements for compliance. Violations may result in warnings, suspension or revocation of licenses, or financial fines, which may be doubled for a repeat violation within three years.
