REGA Concludes "Real Estate People Forum" with Discussions on the Sector’s Future and the Impact of Major Projects

The Real Estate General Authority (REGA) concluded the "Real Estate People Forum," held as part of the "Ristatex Riyadh Real Estate Exhibition 2025" at the Riyadh International Convention and Exhibition Center, covering the economic role of the Riyadh Metro Project in real estate and the sector's future in light of hosting the 2034 World Cup. REGA's Official Spokesperson Taiseer bin Mohammed Al-Mufarrej, speaking on behalf of CEO Abdullah bin Saud Al-Hammad, said the forum aims to raise awareness of the sector and foster exchange of ideas among experts. Speakers noted the Kingdom has allocated 11 sites for World Cup stadium construction as part of mega-projects valued at over SAR 100 billion.
