The Real Estate General Authority (REGA) announced on 21 Ramadan 1445 AH, corresponding to 31 March 2024, the launch of the fourth phase of the Real Estate Registry initiative covering five districts in Riyadh City: Al-Hada District, part of Sidrah District, part of Al-Shu'lah District, part of Al-Fursan District, and Al-Nukhbah District. The phase encompasses 25,700 plots covering a total area of 58.14 square kilometres, with registration open until 4 July 2024 (Dhul Hijjah 1445 AH) via the electronic Real Estate Registry Platform or designated service centres. REGA urged property owners to ensure their title deeds are valid and up to date, including holding an electronic deed issued by the Ministry of Justice that meets all ownership requirements.
