REGA Announces Launch of Real Estate Registry Operations in 18 Districts of Riyadh Region Starting 26 Rabi' Al-Awwal

الهيئة العامة للعقار تُصدر إعلاناً بإطلاق عمليات السجل العقاري في 18 حياً بمنطقة الرياض اعتباراً من 26 ربيع الأول

The Real Estate General Authority (REGA) has announced the launch of real estate title registration operations covering 198,842 plots across 18 named districts in the Riyadh Region, with the registration period running from 29 September 2024 (26 Rabi' Al-Awwal 1446 AH) to 2 January 2025 (2 Rajab 1446 AH). Registration is available through the electronic Real Estate Registry Platform or designated service centers, and requires a valid title deed meeting legal requirements. Upon registration, each property unit will receive a Property Number and a Title Registration Deed containing detailed property data linked to geospatial information. Additional regions and districts across the Kingdom will be included in subsequent phases.
