"Al-Hogail" at Global PropTech Summit Opening: We Adopt Real Estate Technologies to Create Smart and Sustainable Living Environments

The Real Estate General Authority (REGA), in strategic partnership with the National Housing Company (NHC), organized the Global PropTech Summit in Riyadh, sponsored by Minister of Municipalities and Housing Majid bin Abdullah Al-Hogail, with international speakers representing 80 countries. At the opening, Al-Hogail said the summit reflects Saudi Arabia's ambition to position Riyadh as a global hub for real estate technology, and stressed using real estate technologies to advance digital transformation, transparency, and operational efficiency. The opening featured REGA's launch of the Saudi PropTech Hub and a cooperation agreement between REGA and the National Technology Development Program (NTDP) to attract accelerators and support technology companies in the real estate sector.
