REGA Launches Service to Create Brokerage Contracts Between Brokers

The Real Estate General Authority (REGA) launched, on Monday, 21 April 2025, the "Broker-to-Broker Sub-Contract" service, enabling documentation of relationships between a main broker and a sub-broker through a sub-brokerage contract that defines obligations, financial rights, earnest money distribution, and mutual contract approval. This is the third type of brokerage contract, alongside the broker-owner and broker-buyer contracts. REGA stated the service requires an active brokerage contract with the property owner and a valid FAL License for the sub-broker, and that the sub-contract's expiration date must not exceed that of the main contract.
