REGA Announces Launch of Title Registration in 10 Districts of Riyadh City Starting 28 Safar

الهيئة العامة للعقار تُصدر إعلانها بإطلاق تسجيل الصكوك في 10 أحياء بمدينة الرياض اعتباراً من 28 صفر

The Real Estate General Authority (REGA) announced the start of title registration for 57,566 plots across 10 districts in Riyadh City, running from 1 September 2024 (28 Safar 1446 AH) to 5 December 2024 (4 Jumada Al-Akhirah 1446 AH). Registration is available through the electronic Real Estate Registry Platform (rer.sa) or designated service centers and requires a valid title deed meeting legal requirements. Each registered unit will receive a Property Number and a Title Registration Deed containing detailed property data and geospatial information.
