REGA Refers 92 Real Estate Brokers to Competent Authorities

The Real Estate General Authority (REGA) referred 92 real estate brokers to competent authorities for suspected financial fraud, following reports and monitoring operations; additional cases remain under regulatory review and will be referred once completed. REGA conducts electronic supervision of online channels and real estate platforms, processes reports submitted through its platform or toll-free number (199011), and deploys field teams to verify the legality of establishments and property advertisement boards. REGA also participates in joint supervision campaigns addressing violations related to Saudization, commercial cover-ups, and work-premises legitimacy, and urged all brokers and real estate service providers to comply with the Real Estate Brokerage Law to avoid penalties.
