REGA Announces Start of Registration in Ten Riyadh Districts Under the Real Estate Registry

الهيئة العامة للعقار تُصدر إعلاناً ببدء التسجيل في عشرة أحياء بمدينة الرياض ضمن منظومة السجل العقاري

The Real Estate General Authority (REGA) announced the start of real estate registration under the Real Estate Registry in ten beneficiary districts of Riyadh City — Al-Mahdiyah, Al-Khuzama, Arqah, Zahrat Laban, Al-Safarat, Namar, Al-Marwah, Shabra, Badr, and Al-Shifa, covering a total area of 172.24 square kilometers — beginning 26 May 2024 (18 Dhul Qi'dah 1445 AH) and continuing until 29 August 2024 (25 Safar 1446 AH). Registration can be completed via the electronic Real Estate Registry Platform or at designated service centers, and requires a valid, legally compliant title deed. From the registration start date, a Property Number and a Title Registration Deed will be issued for each registered unit, containing property data, description, condition, and associated rights and obligations linked to geospatial information.
