REGA Concludes “Saudi PropTech” Events

The Real Estate General Authority (REGA) concluded the first edition of the "Saudi PropTech" conference, held in Riyadh from 6 to 7 November, with broad international participation. During the event, REGA announced the launch of the Real Estate Technology Report, the Real Estate Indicators Platform, and the Real Estate Registry Platform, and signed agreements with foreign investment companies from Europe, the United States, and East Asia. The conference featured over 20 local and international investment funds, a tech exhibition with more than 50 pavilions representing 25 countries, and sessions covering topics such as PropTech investment trends, artificial intelligence, smart cities, and modern construction techniques.
