REGA and Saudi Facility Management Company Sign Memorandum of Understanding

The Real Estate General Authority (REGA) and the Saudi Facility Management Company signed a memorandum of understanding, in the presence of REGA's CEO Abdullah bin Saud Al-Hammad and the Saudi Company's CEO Adel bin Ibrahim Al-Ruwaishdi. The memorandum aims to strengthen cooperation in developing standards for real estate facility management, including studying a coordination council to govern the sector, developing local market studies, and building a proposed licensing model for facility management establishments. It also covers developing and qualifying facility management practitioners and building digital solutions for the sector. The memorandum was signed during REGA's participation in the MEFMA ConFex 2023 conference in Riyadh.
