REGA Licenses 71 Electronic Real Estate Platforms

الهيئة العامة للعقار تُصدر تراخيص لـ71 منصة عقارية إلكترونية

The Real Estate General Authority (REGA) has licensed 71 electronic real estate platforms with FAL licenses for real estate brokerage and marketing activities, following their compliance with required conditions and completion of technical integration with REGA, under the Real Estate Brokerage Law. REGA said it continues to accept licensing applications through its official platform, and that unlicensed platforms will face regulatory action and legal measures.
