REGA Announces Launch of Real Estate Registry Operations for 4 Districts in Riyadh City and 13 Districts in Al-Diriyah Governorate

The Real Estate General Authority (REGA) has announced the launch of real estate title registration operations covering 43,495 plots across 4 districts in Riyadh City (Banban, Al-Manakh, Al-Faisaliyah, and Al-Masha'il) and 13 districts in Al-Diriyah Governorate. The registration period runs from 27 October 2024 (24 Rabi' Al-Thani 1446 AH) to 30 January 2025 (30 Rajab 1446 AH), accessible via the electronic Real Estate Registry Platform or designated service centres. Each registered unit will receive a Property Number and a Title Registration Deed containing detailed property data linked to geospatial information. Property owners in the listed districts are urged to verify their title deeds and contact REGA's customer service at 199002 for guidance.
