REGA Launches "Instant Licensing" Service for Off-Plan Sales Projects

The Real Estate General Authority (REGA) launched the "Instant Licensing" service for off-plan sales projects at Cityscape Global 2025, under the patronage of the Minister of Municipalities and Housing. The service follows a comprehensive re-engineering of off-plan sales procedures that reduced requirements by approximately 90%, enabling licenses to be issued instantly upon completion of requirements through a fully automated electronic system, compared with a previous processing time of more than 30 working days. REGA also announced integration with several local banks to automatically open escrow accounts, with work ongoing to complete integration with remaining banks. The first instant license was issued to ROSHN Company.
