Real Estate General Authority Board of Directors Holds Its 25th Meeting

The Real Estate General Authority (REGA) Board of Directors held its 25th meeting, chaired by Minister of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing Majid bin Abdullah Al-Hogail, and attended by Deputy Minister Abdullah Al-Budair, CEO Abdullah Al-Hammad, and board members from government and private sector entities. The Board reviewed previously issued decisions, approved REGA's targets for 2024, and discussed governance mechanisms for the comprehensive real estate sector strategy. It also assessed progress on real estate legislation, title registration infrastructure, announced regions, upcoming 2024 initiatives, real estate activities, REGA's supervisory work, and implementation of the Real Estate Contributions Law.
