The Real Estate General Authority (REGA), in collaboration with the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, conducted seven joint inspection tours in March, covering 86 real estate establishments across Riyadh, the Eastern Province, and Makkah regions to ensure compliance with the Real Estate Brokerage Law and Saudization requirements. During the same period, REGA's teams carried out 19,636 field inspection operations, received and addressed 589 real estate reports, and performed over 3,204 electronic scanning operations targeting digital channels and real estate platforms. REGA called on all real estate brokers and service providers to comply with applicable laws, warning that penalties may include warnings, license suspension or revocation, or financial fines, and urged the public to report violations via its official platform or the unified number 199011.
