REGA Conducts 12 Joint Inspection Tours During November to Ensure Real Estate Market Compliance

REGA, in cooperation with the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, conducted 12 joint inspection tours during November covering 148 real estate establishments in the Riyadh, Eastern, and Makkah regions to ensure compliance with real estate legislation, including the Real Estate Brokerage Law and Saudization requirements. Its inspection teams carried out 13,255 field inspections, detecting 9,457 non-compliant advertisements, processed 213 real estate reports, and conducted over 14,559 electronic monitoring operations on digital platforms. REGA warned that violations may result in warnings, license suspension or revocation, or financial fines as specified in the law's implementing regulations.
