The Real Estate General Authority (REGA) announced the inclusion of five districts in Riyadh City — Al-Hada District, part of Sidrah District, part of Al-Shu'lah District, part of Al-Fursan District, and Al-Nukhbah District — in the fourth phase of the Real Estate Registry initiative, covering 25,700 real estate plots across 58.14 square kilometres. Registration runs from 31 March 2024 (21 Ramadan 1445 AH) to 4 July 2024 (28 Dhul Hijjah 1445 AH) via the electronic Real Estate Registry Platform or designated service centres. Title registration requires an updated electronic deed issued by the Ministry of Justice, and each registered unit will receive a unique property number and a new title registration deed. Property owners may contact the customer service centre at 199002 for further guidance.
