REGA Calls on Property Owners in 7 Riyadh Districts to Register Their Properties in "Real Estate Registry"

The Real Estate General Authority (REGA) called on property owners in seven Riyadh districts (Al-Ghadeer, Al-Nafl, Al-Wadi, Al-Muruj, Al-Masayf, Al-Ta'awun, and Al-Izdihar) to register their properties in the "Real Estate Registry" by the deadline of 17 Rajab 1445 AH, corresponding to 29 January 2024, via the electronic platform, submitting a first-time title registration application with an electronic deed from the Ministry of Justice, a valid ID, and a power of attorney if submitted by an agent. REGA noted registration is ongoing in 54 other Riyadh districts plus one district each in Dammam and Madinah, with an overall deadline of 18 Ramadan 1445 AH, corresponding to 28 March 2024. Owners can also register in person at service centers in Royal Mall (Riyadh), the Economic Gateway (Dammam), and Madinah Municipality Customer Service Center, open 9 AM to 5 PM, or via the inquiry number 199002.
