REGA: Thursday Marks End of Property Registration Period in Real Estate Registry for 8 Districts in Riyadh City

The Real Estate General Authority (REGA) announced that the first-phase real estate title registration deadline for eight districts of Riyadh City (Jarir, Al-Rabwah, Al-Rayyan, Al-Rawabi, Al-Salam, Al-Manar, Al-Naseem West, and Al-Naseem East) ends by the close of Thursday, 23 Rabi' Al-Awwal 1446 AH, corresponding to 26 September 2024. Owners are urged to register via the Real Estate Registry Platform to obtain a property number and title deed. REGA stated that failure to register within the period may result in financial penalties under the Law of Real Estate Registration, determined by a specialized violations committee, though applications will remain open after the deadline.
