REGA Announces Launch of Real Estate Registry Operations for 58 Districts in Riyadh City and the Governorates of Al-Diriyah and Al-Muzahimiyah

الهيئة العامة للعقار تُصدر إعلانها بإطلاق عمليات السجل العقاري في 58 حيًّا بمدينة الرياض ومحافظتَي الدرعية والمزاحمية

The Real Estate General Authority (REGA) announced the start of real estate title registration for 146,478 plots across 58 districts in Riyadh City (22 districts), Al-Muzahimiyah Governorate (25 districts), and Al-Diriyah Governorate (11 districts). Registration begins 8 Jumada Al-Awwal 1446 AH, corresponding to 10 November 2024, and continues until the end of 14 Sha'ban 1446 AH, corresponding to 13 February 2025. Owners must hold a valid title deed meeting legal conditions, and each registered unit will receive a property number and title registration deed. REGA said further regions and districts will be announced in later phases.
