REGA: 8 Districts in South and West Riyadh Added to Real Estate Registry Under Phase Three

The Real Estate General Authority (REGA) announced the inclusion of eight new districts in South and West Riyadh City — Al-Hazm, Al-Zahra, Al-Suwaidi Al-Gharbi, Al-Areejaa Al-Awsat, Al-Areejaa Al-Gharbi, Al-Awali, Dhahrat Al-Badee'a, and Laban — in the Real Estate Registry under its third phase, which began earlier that week, calling on owners to verify title deeds ahead of registration starting Wednesday. Registration remains open until 28 March 2024, corresponding to 18 Ramadan 1445 Hijri. With this expansion, Phase Three now covers 56 registered districts across three cities: 54 in Riyadh, and one each in Dammam and Madinah.
