"Global Real Estate Leaders Summit" Launches Tomorrow in Riyadh

Under the patronage of Minister of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing and Chairman of the Real Estate General Authority (REGA) Board of Directors Majid bin Abdullah Al-Hogail, the Global Real Estate Leaders Summit is set to launch in Riyadh, marking the first time the event is hosted in the Middle East and Africa region. In its 42nd session, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia secured the hosting bid after competing with markets including the United States, Africa, Asia, and the Pacific region, drawing representatives from more than 110 countries. The summit, held annually by the International Real Estate Federation, will cover topics including legislative and regulatory frameworks, investment opportunities, sustainability, digital transformation, and the application of artificial intelligence in real estate.
