REGA Reviews PropTech Capabilities at LEAP

The Real Estate General Authority (REGA) participated as a diamond sponsor in the third edition of the LEAP technology conference, held 4 to 7 March at the Riyadh Exhibition and Convention Center in Malham, to raise awareness of PropTech and engage sector stakeholders. REGA showcased digital platforms including Ejar, the Real Estate Unit Subdivision platform, and the Real Estate Brokerage platform, and took part in workshops presenting the Kingdom's real estate legislative framework, including the recently issued Real Estate Contributions Law. LEAP featured more than 1,800 exhibitors under the theme "New Horizons."
