REGA Announces Commencement of Real Estate Registry Operations for 230 Neighborhoods in the Eastern Province and 208,137 Properties in the Eastern Province and Marat Governorate, Riyadh Region

الهيئة العامة للعقار تُصدر إعلان انطلاق أعمال السجل العقاري في 230 حيًّا بالمنطقة الشرقية وتسجيل 208,137 عقارًا في المنطقة الشرقية ومحافظة مرات بمنطقة الرياض

The Real Estate General Authority (REGA) announced the commencement of real estate title registration for 207,885 properties across 230 neighborhoods in the Eastern Region (Al-Ahsa, Qatif, Jubail, Dammam) and 252 properties in Marat Governorate, Riyadh Region. The registration period runs from 6 April 2025 (8 Shawwal 1446 AH) to 10 July 2025 (15 Muharram 1447 AH).
