REGA Announces Receiving Applications for Second Batch Registration in Training Program for Real Estate Consultations and Analyses Tracks

الهيئة العامة للعقار تُعلن فتح باب تلقّي الطلبات للتسجيل في الدفعة الثانية من برنامج التدريب على مسارَي الاستشارات والتحليلات العقارية

REGA announced the opening of applications for the second batch of the Saudi Real Estate Institute's training program for the FAL license in real estate consultations and real estate analyses, with nominations accepted for five days ending Thursday, 14 March 2024 (4 Ramadan 1445 AH). Completing the program is a prerequisite for practicing these activities, regulated under the Real Estate Brokerage Law, which took effect in July 2023. Each track comprises 14 training courses held in Riyadh, Jeddah, and Dammam over six weeks; consultations applicants need a relevant university degree and three years of experience, while analyses applicants need ten years of experience, and the license is issued within five working days of passing the program.
