REGA Chairman: 300,000 Beneficiaries from Saudi Real Estate Institute Training Tracks

The Real Estate General Authority (REGA) has announced the launch of real estate title registration operations for 19,239 properties across 28 neighborhoods in the Makkah Region, running from 19 January 2025 through 24 April 2025. Registration is available via the electronic Real Estate Registry Platform at https://rer.sa or through designated service centers, and requires a title deed meeting all legal conditions. Upon registration, each property will be issued a Property Number and a Title Registration Deed containing detailed property data, descriptions, rights, obligations, and geospatial information. REGA indicated it will continue announcing additional regions, governorates, and neighborhoods for future registration phases across the Kingdom.
