The Real Estate General Authority (REGA) announced on 23 December 2023 (10 Jumada Al-Akhirah 1445 AH) that the Saudi Real Estate Institute began accepting registration applications for the training program required to obtain the FAL license for real estate consulting and real estate analytics, with nominations open for five days through the Institute's website until 28 December 2023 (15 Jumada Al-Akhirah 1445 AH). Passing the program is a prerequisite for practicing these licensed activities under the Real Estate Brokerage Law, which took effect the previous July. The consulting track requires a relevant university degree and at least 3 years of real estate experience, while the analytics track requires at least 10 years of experience; each track comprises 14 training courses over a six-week duration.
