REGA Chief Executive Officer: Cityscape 2024 Exhibition Will Contribute to Achieving Real Estate Sector Goals and Attracting More Local and International Investments

REGA's CEO, Abdullah bin Saud Al-Hammad, stated that Cityscape Global Exhibition 2024, held through 14 November at the Riyadh Exhibition and Convention Center under the theme "Future of Life" and sponsored by the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing, will feature more than 400 exhibiting entities, over 100 institutional investors, and more than 500 sector leaders. He noted the previous edition recorded a transaction volume exceeding SAR 110 billion, including foreign investments of more than USD 19 billion, and that REGA aims for growth of over 50% this year. The edition will offer more than 100,000 housing units and include, in partnership with the Entrustment and Liquidation Center (Infath), the largest direct real estate auction in the Middle East, valued at more than SAR 1 billion, alongside the "Roshn Hackathon 2024" offering prizes of up to SAR 1.5 million.
