REGA Announces Commencement of Third Batch Registration Applications for Real Estate Consultancy and Analytics Training Program

REGA announced the opening of registration for the third batch of the Saudi Real Estate Institute's training program leading to the FAL License for Real Estate Consultancy and the FAL License for Real Estate Analytics, open for five days and closing Friday, 3 January 2025 (3 Rajab 1446 Hijri). The program, delivered in person in Riyadh, Jeddah, and Dammam over two months with 14 courses per track, requires consultancy applicants to hold a university degree plus three years of real estate experience, and analytics applicants ten years of experience plus a degree. Both activities are regulated under the Real Estate Brokerage Law, which came into effect in July 2023, and the license is typically issued within five working days after program completion.
