Global Real Estate Leaders Summit in Riyadh Calls for Resilience and Growth for the Future

The 42nd session of the Global Real Estate Leaders Summit commenced in Riyadh under the patronage of the Minister of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing and Chairman of the Real Estate General Authority (REGA) Board, Majid bin Abdullah Al-Hogail. The summit gathered real estate executives, International Real Estate Federation members, and international speakers representing more than 110 countries to discuss industry challenges and investment opportunities. REGA's CEO, Abdullah Al-Hammad, said the summit, themed "Resilience for Growth," reflects the sector's need for resilience and public-private collaboration, while officials of the International Real Estate Federation noted it was the first time the summit was hosted in the Middle East and Africa region.
