REGA, in cooperation with the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, conducted 14 joint inspection tours in August, visiting 180 real estate establishments across the Riyadh, Eastern, Makkah, and Al-Qassim regions to ensure compliance with real estate legislation, particularly the Real Estate Brokerage Law, and with Saudization and business-licensing regulations. During the same period, REGA's teams carried out 16,867 field inspections, identifying 9,633 violations involving real estate advertisements in public spaces, received 907 real estate-related reports, and conducted over 21,322 electronic scanning operations. REGA urged real estate brokers and service providers to comply with real estate laws to avoid penalties, which may include warnings, license suspension or revocation, or financial fines.
