REGA and Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development Conduct Joint Supervisory Tours

Joint field supervisory teams from the Real Estate General Authority (REGA) and the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development conducted inspection tours of real estate establishments to monitor compliance with the Real Estate Brokerage Law and Saudization requirements. The tours found violations including practicing brokerage without a valid license, offering brokerage services without ownership documents, failing to register brokerage contracts on the official electronic platform, and employing non-Saudi workers without work permits or Ajeer program notifications, or workers employed by parties other than their official employer. The Ministry urged the public to report violations via its smartphone application or the unified number 19911.
