REGA Concludes Participation in “EXPO REAL” International Trade Fair for Property and Investment in Munich

The Real Estate General Authority (REGA) concluded its participation in the 'EXPO REAL' International Trade Fair for Property and Investment, held in Munich, Germany, from 6 to 8 October 2025. Through its pavilion, REGA showcased key real estate legislation in the Kingdom, including regulation of the rental sector, off-plan sales management, the Real Estate Registry, the Real Estate Brokerage Law, and the Law of Real Estate Ownership by Non-Saudis and its Implementing Regulations, and held meetings with real estate leaders and professionals from participating countries.
