REGA Chairman Meets Opinion Writers in Riyadh

رئيس الهيئة العامة للعقار يلتقي كتّاب الرأي في الرياض

The Chairman of the Real Estate General Authority (REGA), Eng. Abdullah bin Saud Al-Hammad, met with members of the Saudi Society for Opinion Writers ("Ra'i") in Riyadh to review regulatory and legislative aspects of the real estate sector and REGA's services. Al-Hammad noted that REGA oversees more than 95% of the real estate sector value chain, citing the Law of Real Estate Registration, Real Estate Brokerage Law, Off-Plan Real Estate Projects Sale and Lease Law, and Real Estate Contributions Law as having improved transaction quality and investor protection.
