REGA Announces 8 Districts Benefiting from Real Estate Registry in Makkah Starting 18 Dhul Qi'dah

الهيئة العامة للعقار تُصدر إعلاناً بشأن 8 أحياء مستفيدة من السجل العقاري في مكة المكرمة اعتباراً من 18 ذي القعدة

The Real Estate General Authority (REGA) announced the inclusion of eight districts in Makkah under the fifth phase of the Real Estate Registry initiative, covering 1,336 real estate plots. Registration will run from 18 Dhul Qi'dah 1445 AH (26 May 2024) to 25 Safar 1446 AH (29 August 2024), and includes parts of Al-Safwah, Dar Al-Salam, Al-Hijrah, Dakher Project, Masar Makkah Project Section One, and Jabal Omar Project districts. Property owners may register via the electronic Real Estate Registry Platform at rer.sa or through dedicated service centers, and must hold an updated electronic deed issued by the Ministry of Justice meeting all ownership conditions.
