PropTech Leading Radical Transformation in Saudi Real Estate Sector

REGA's PropTech strategy is a key pillar of its digital transformation of the Saudi real estate sector, aiming to increase transparency, improve access to real estate data, and support sustainability through better resource and energy management. According to the Saudi Ministry of Finance, the digital sector contributed to over 7% growth in GDP last year. Saudi Arabia has enacted 18 legislations—including laws, regulations, and regulatory frameworks—that have directly contributed to the development of innovative real estate products. REGA is also launching the Global PropTech Summit to spotlight the sector's digital transformation and the role of emerging technologies.
