The Real Estate General Authority (REGA) announced that the deadline for the first real estate title registration for 370 properties in 4 neighborhoods in Madinah (part of the Central District, Bida'a District, Al-Naqa District, and Al-Manakha District) ends on 2 Shawwal 1446 Hijri, corresponding to 31 March 2025. REGA urged owners to register via the Real Estate Registry Platform before the deadline, warning that failure to register within the specified period exposes owners to financial penalties under the Law of Real Estate Registration, determined by a specialized violations committee. Applications will still be accepted in announced regions after the deadline.
