Global PropTech Summit Continues in Riyadh

The Global PropTech Summit, organized by the Real Estate General Authority (REGA) in Riyadh under the patronage of the Minister of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing, Majid bin Abdullah Al-Hogail, and in strategic partnership with the National Housing Company (NHC), continued for its second day, bringing together experts and international speakers representing 80 countries. Speakers underscored the role of innovation, artificial intelligence, and smart applications in developing the real estate sector's regulatory framework and investment opportunities. The day also featured exhibitions of technologies including modern construction methods and virtual reality and AI integration in real estate operations.
