REGA Launches Its Electronic Platform for Real Estate Contributions
الهيئة العامة للعقار تُطلق منصتها الإلكترونية للمساهمات العقارية
The Real Estate General Authority (REGA) launched a new electronic platform for receiving qualification and licensing applications for real estate contributions, under the patronage of Minister of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing and REGA Board Chairman Majed bin Abdullah Al-Hogail, and in the presence of Capital Market Authority Board Chairman Mohammed bin Abdullah Al-Quwiz. The platform enables developers to apply electronically for licenses to begin real estate contributions, and creates a unified file per establishment to track licenses and application status. REGA's CEO, Abdullah bin Saud Al-Hammad, stated that the Real Estate Contributions Law aims to enhance investment efficiency in real estate development, improve product quality, expand financing options for developers, and support small and medium-sized real estate establishments.
