REGA Announces Launch of Title Registration in 11 Districts of Al-Qassim Region Starting 26 Rabi' Al-Awwal

الهيئة العامة للعقار تُصدر إعلانها بإطلاق تسجيل الصكوك في 11 حيًّا بمنطقة القصيم اعتبارًا من 26 ربيع الأول

The Real Estate General Authority (REGA) announced the start of real estate title registration for 30,811 plots across 11 districts in the Al-Qassim Region, running from 29 September 2024 (26 Rabi' Al-Awwal 1446 AH) to 2 January 2025 (2 Rajab 1446 AH). Registration is available through the electronic Real Estate Registry Platform (rer.sa) or designated service centers and requires a valid title deed meeting legal requirements. Each registered unit will receive a Property Number and a Title Registration Deed containing detailed property data and geospatial information.
