REGA Announces Approaching Deadline for Title Registration in Cordoba District, Buraidah City

The Real Estate General Authority (REGA) announced the approaching deadline for the first phase of real estate title registration in Cordoba District, Buraidah City, concluding by the end of Monday, 7 October 2024, corresponding to 4 Rabi' Al-Thani 1446 Hijri. Owners were urged to register via the electronic Real Estate Registry Platform (rer.sa) before the deadline. REGA confirmed that failure to register within the specified period may result in financial penalties under the Law of Real Estate Registration, as determined by a designated committee, though applications remain open in announced regions after the deadline.
