REGA: Real Estate Brokerage Forum Brings Together Experts and Practitioners

The Real Estate General Authority (REGA) will organize the "Real Estate Brokerage Forum" and accompanying exhibition on Wednesday, 17 July 2024, at the Riyadh International Convention and Exhibition Center, marking the first anniversary of the Real Estate Brokerage Law's implementation. REGA spokesperson Taiseer bin Mohammed Al-Mufarrej said the Law has contributed to the sustainability of real estate assets, protection of stakeholders' rights, and enhanced market transparency. The Forum will include dialogue sessions and an exhibition covering brokerage platform services and the Real Estate Institute. The Real Estate Brokerage Law came into force on 25 Jumada Al-Awwal 1444 AH, corresponding to 18 January 2023.
