REGA to Launch Global PropTech Summit This Sunday with Wide International Participation

The Real Estate General Authority (REGA) launched the Global PropTech Summit on 27 October 2024 in Riyadh, under the patronage of Minister Majed bin Abdullah Al-Hogail and in strategic partnership with the National Housing Company (NHC). The summit brought together more than 100 speakers from 80 countries, including CEOs of major real estate and PropTech firms and global investors, to discuss digital transformation, emerging technologies, artificial intelligence, virtual reality, urban development, and the legal and regulatory framework for real estate technology. A concurrent real estate technology exhibition showcased innovations from local and international companies in line with Saudi Vision 2030.
