REGA Calls on Property Owners in Seven Districts of Riyadh to Register Their Properties in the Real Estate Registry Starting Today

The Real Estate General Authority (REGA) announced the launch of Real Estate Registry operations on Sunday, 14 Rabi' Al-Thani 1445 AH, corresponding to 29 October 2023, in seven districts of Riyadh (Al-Ghadeer, Al-Nafl, Al-Wadi, Al-Murooj, Al-Masayef, Al-Taawun, and Al-Izdihaar), marking the second region to benefit from the Registry. The registration period continues until 17 Rajab 1445 AH, corresponding to 29 January 2024, and initial property registration is free via the Registry's electronic platform. REGA stated the number of eligible properties in these districts exceeds 22,000, and a support number (199002) is available for inquiries.
