REGA Showcases Its Real Estate Legislative Experience at the International Real Estate Federation Conference in Singapore

The Real Estate General Authority (REGA), led by CEO Eng. Abdullah bin Saud Al-Hammad, took part in the 74th International Real Estate Federation Conference in Singapore, where he said Saudi Arabia has become a source of real estate legislative expertise exported to other countries. REGA's leadership met international real estate leaders from government and private sectors and held discussions with Singapore's Housing and Development Board and Urban Redevelopment Authority on real estate legislation and transaction governance. REGA's CEO for Operations, Eng. Jaber Al-Mishaal, presented REGA's digital platforms for real estate transactions and the Kingdom's focus on strategic partnerships and international standards. REGA also announced the launch of the Real Estate Excellence Award in Saudi Arabia, with details to follow.
