REGA Announces Launch of Title Registration in Taibah District, Riyadh City Starting 28 Safar

الهيئة العامة للعقار تُعلن إطلاق التسجيل العيني للعقار في حي طيبة بمدينة الرياض اعتباراً من 28 صفر

The Real Estate General Authority (REGA) announced the start of real estate title registration for 4,871 plots in Taibah District, Riyadh City, running from 1 September 2024 (28 Safar 1446 AH) to 5 December 2024 (4 Jumada Al-Akhirah 1446 AH). Registration is available through the electronic Real Estate Registry Platform (rer.sa) or designated service centers and requires a valid title deed meeting legal requirements. Each registered unit will be assigned a Property Number and a Title Registration Deed containing detailed property data and geospatial information.
