REGA Conducts 11 Joint Inspection Tours in July to Ensure Compliance in the Real Estate Market

The Real Estate General Authority (REGA), with the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, conducted 11 joint inspection tours in July covering 173 real estate establishments in the Riyadh, Eastern, and Makkah regions to check compliance with real estate legislation, the Real Estate Brokerage Law, Saudization requirements, and business licensing rules. In the same period REGA's teams visited 21,194 establishments and sites, found 11,367 violations related to real estate advertisements, resolved 603 received reports, and electronically scanned over 26,887 advertisements. REGA said violations may draw warnings, license suspension or revocation, or financial fines.
